The minimum requirements for joining the Master’s study programme of Social Technology are to have basic knowledge in management – management, organizational behavior, project management, strategic management basics – (if these study subjects are not completed in university bachelor cycle studies, the entrant will have to take bridging courses of the subjects during master study cycle. Bridging courses are base on independent work of student. Consulting teacher will be assigned to each of the course.
The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian.

English language proficiency – the level not lower than B2 (following the Common Framework of Reference for Language approved by the Council of Europe). Distant English language level test is organized for those, who do not have IELTS, TOEFL or other internationally recognized certificates.

Notarized letter of guarantee from parents/sponsors and the Certificate/Letter from a bank about their financial abilities.
The programme will be implemented by Mykolas Romeris University and Fernando Pessoa University, Porto, Portugal. Students will spend the first and third semester at MRU and second semester at private Fernando Pessoa University. The last semester they will have possibility to choose between internship in Lithuania business enterprises and internship in different partner universities: Oldenburg University, Germany, Zagreb University, Croatia, Linnaeus University, Sweden. After successful graduation students will receive Joint degree diploma signed by two rectors and gain the degree in Master in Business.
The Master’s degree programme of Social technology management is aimed to train high quality business and management specialists and social entrepreneurs by developing their knowledge and skills of new and distinctive socio-economic-technological processes, ongoing in the knowledge society, the impact of new and emerging technologies on social processes, and to develop practical management skills needed to recognize and successfully apply the potential of new and emerging technologies (from fundamental research and practice) in developing, shaping and managing organizations, such as private companies, NGOs and social enterprises, succesful community initiatives and similar.
This study program is organized to prepare a specialist who is able to manage social technology adaption and development in existing and emerging organizations of the society. Graduates of this programme will be able to manage the entire spectrum of socio-cultural processes in an innovative way, using the latest technologies and their environments, independent of the specialization of organizations and/or service nature.
