Language requirements | English Required level – B2 Assessments of English language proficiency certificates equivalent to level B2: Applicants with an English language proficiency level of B1 may still be considered for admission. However, it is a condition of acceptance that these students undertake additional English language courses (Minor studies) during their first year of study. Overview
The final goal of the Programme is to train social workers of high personal and professional competence, holders of Bachelor’s degree, who are able to professionally act in spheres of national social life, who are able to provide high quality social services, strengthen abilities of individuals, groups and communities to adapt to environment through restoration and strengthening of social links, integration into society and sustaining social participation.
Career opportunities
The academic qualifications allow for social worker’s job in municipalities, child protection services, centres for social help like day care centre, night shelters, crisis centres, penitentiaries, most public and confessional organizations that take care of different disturbance groups.
